Description:

Red arthopod with yellow wings! It's coming to my window and I just take it a photo :D So weird I don't sure that what they're doing? Reproduction?

This is a wasp moth. Maybe kadavoor has a good idea for the genus. Having another angle to look at would make it easier to ID. See also http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7946861
