black ichneumonid wasp

Habitat:

on a grass blade in a grassy meadow

Notes:

This is a better image of this species (than I posted before), maybe its the same individual! I have seen ichneumonids hunting on the same bush for several days in a row and ignoring the surrounding vegetation, displaying? territorial? (assuming it was the same individual).
