Thanks P.Young 713 Shot through my office window looking up toward the trees above our house.
I love the colors of this photo Mick, its beautiful!
Thank you for joining the mission! :) I love Daffodils. We have Dogwood trees blooming here now. I need to upload when I get time. Thanks again, Mick.
We will have a few lone Robins here along the Ohio river until late fall - I also tried to video - captured it but couldn't upload. It is a sign of Spring out there - we have buds on our Daffodils. It's been a gentle winter so-far!
They are migrating when they are in flocks. I saw hundreds of them last week. They will head north and I may not see that flock again. Until next year. I mess my videos up all the time. I had a very hard time getting a photo of the Robins because they were very high in the tree and jumping around. :) I just started the mission for Spring migration and spring sighting. I have seen birds began to build nests this week .http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/9036284
Ah I had a flock in my yard for about 2 - 3 days, last week. I got some photos, but haven't had time to post them yet. On the second morning, they were swarming a tree covered in ivy, and it looked like a Mockingbird or pair, was either being attacked, or a nest was being attacked. I'm not sure. I tried to get a video of it, but messed it up. Anyone know about Robin flocks and what they were up to? The 3rd day, the flock just picked at the backyard for most of the morning. Haven't seen them since, as a flock. Just isolated one or two Robins at a time.
Beautiful photo! I just started a Spring migration mission and wonder if you would like to join? Thank you! http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/9036284
