Field Notes

Description:

My lichen was crusty,it is also pale gray with round splodges with tiny gray jam tarts with a white edge. IT`S also green . I think it is ochrolechia parella. The thallus is very crusty. so it think the type could also be crust toes. IT was on the bark of a one tree but it was also one other tress near by.we found it on the opening of the tree. Comparing it to a metric ruler it is 37inches long.

Habitat:

The date was January 17th and the time was around 8:00. IT was very cloudy or overcast ,windy but not to windy. there was also a covering of snow.

Notes:

You all ready no that we went out to idenify mushrooms now were doing lichen.
