Liam thanks for the ID. I searched your suggestions in the books of birds from Mexico and they are exactly the ones you identify. Incredible achievement especially at the low light photos.
Liam, thank you for the ID. To the untrained eye I had not seen the two kinds of birds.
All the photos show Lark Sparrows except for photo 3, which shows a Chipping Sparrow.
