Field Notes

Description:

a una gorgonia.--------------------------------------- The dogfish is a small shark that is also called cat.
After internal fertilization and cross, the female lays one egg rectangular, between 5 and 7 cm
length and width about 2. Because of all oviparous elasmobranchs, is protected by
her horny nature.
This egg has strange tendrils, as beautiful earrings, with which it is anchored to the bottom or
a gorgonian.

Habitat:

Orillas del Mar Mediterráneo en la playa de La Manga (Murcia), después de un temporal de Levante.-------------------------------------- Shores of the Mediterranean Sea on the beach in La Manga (Murcia), after temporary Levante.
