Field Notes

Description:

This was the smallest desert horned lizard I had ever seen! I've seen a ton of these lizards and this one was remarkable.

Habitat:

Found living around Wyoming big sagebrush, antelope bitterbrush, rabbitbrush and various grasses and herbs.

Apple, I spotted this in south-central Idaho. The coordinates should show the spotting in between Twin Falls and the Nevada border.

Thanks everybody!!! I was using a Sony Cybershot DSC-W80. It was only 7.2 mp but it took great macro shots.
