Description:
A small (5mm) conical sugary crystalline structure with an exit hole on one side. Found with few other such structures on teh upper side of a gum (eucalyptus) leaf.
Notes:
these lerps are formed by excretions of psyllid nymphs ( plant lice). the nymphs hide under these sugary covers through development.
refer to previous spotting for square shaped lerp made by the same species of lerp insect.
