Not a Kiskadee, the posture is wrong and the tail is much too long. This bird appears to be a species Mimic Thrush. I would say this is a Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos) in odd lighting.
Looks like a Great Kiskadee, this would be a good bird!
