Habitat:

In low vegetation, under pinetrees.

Notes:

Little bird from the Far East, often held in captivity. Feeds on seed, fruit, flower nectar and insect larvae.
Spotted at Avifauna Birds' Park, the Netherlands, in a walk-in aviary.

Hi Emilie, this is a beautiful bird. Can you please go into "edit this spotting" and add the bird park to the habitat field along with the fact that it was captive or in a large aviary. Is it a walk-in aviary?
