Tall and slender with a straight trunk, branches begin high up on the trunk, evergreen, has needles, conifer...

Habitat:

Planted in rows (Bluffton, SC used to be a tree farm, Loblollies were planted and harvested for lumber due to their height, straight trunks, and high branches) dispersed among the rows are other species of trees and myrtle shrubs.
