it looks almost like small palm trees that have been cut and drifting, and are sprouting. But I am definitely no plant expert. I'll be interested to see how the ID turns out.
Hey Heather, at first I tough it may be just a driftwood like you said, but further down I found one that had stems coming out of it. I just added that picture.
Were there lots of them, or could this be driftwood of some kind? It looks similar to driftwood my parents used to bring home in the 1970s.
