Field Notes

Description:

About the size of a quarter.
Orange-brown in color with what appears to be a cross on the top side of its very large and fuzzy abdomen.
Translucent legs with dashed brown markings.

Habitat:

Cypress tree growing in Redlands, CA.
Web found about 5 to 6 feet above ground.
