Rock Pigeon

Another old Lady feeding birds,it's a common daily rotine of several old Ladys that have this lovely habit.This one i dont know and is in the most poor area of the city,all the old town is very poor compared to the modern area,now it's better,several programs of public social help(reconstrutions,social aid(minimal income garanted,little money to do not starve)recovering drug and prostitution programs,etc...many things changed but there allways much more to change in the future:-;
