Description:

The Coi’s Chromodoris (Chromodoris coi) is a very colourful tropical nudibranch species that can be found throughout the warm tropical waters of the western Pacific Ocean. It can be easily recognised by the spectacular pattern on its mantle and it generally has a thin purple line around the mantle edge. The underside of the anterior end of the mantle is deep purple in colour and as the species moves around the mantle edge flaps up and down in a rhythmic motion. Spotted at Dive and Trek house reef. Depth of about 6m.
