Oak tree... Close to the river

Notes:

It made all different sounds... One even sounded like a bald eagle...

I just looked at pictures of northern mockingbird and that wasn't it... This bird had a hooked beak and a light brown almost rust colored chest.
Can't see the pic well enough to make a definite ID, but I would guess Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos). http://xeno-canto.org/browse.php?query=Northern+Mockingbird+%28Mimus+polyglottos%29+39&species_nr=hlltnm
