Description:

Each stalk about 15cm tall. Attracted plenty of flies and gave off a slight pungent smell.

It has been raining quite a bit.

looks alot like what we call a morrel mushroom here in the USA. People search for these every spring.. Wonderful fried. But one must be careful you pick the right kind.
Beautiful finding. I wish to spot one..but no luck till now
