Description:

This is a complex group with several similar looking birds with very disjunct distributions and the exact patterns of phylogeny are yet to be determined. Several subspecies that were formerly placed within this species have been raised to full species status.

Thanks Avinash, Liam & Satyen for ID help, going with Long-billed pipit
With that bill it's gotta be either a Paddyfield or Long-billed Pipit, I think. The lack of breast streaking suggests Long-billed over Paddyfield.
Looks like a pipit, at first guessed as tree pipit, but the breast doesnt have any spots/patterns.
