I agree and congrats to Liam, our birdmaster for the ID!
Berylline Hummingbird is way out of range. Definitely a puffleg (note the puffy legs). The pale vent and overall coloration make it a Greenish Puffleg. http://www.hummingbirds.net/hoell/greenishpuffleg.jpg
