Description:

A male house sparrow in non-breeding plumage.

Habitat:

A large park in the center of Paris.

Notes:

The House Sparrow occurs naturally in most of Europe, the Mediterranean region, and much of Asia. Introduced to Australia, Africa, and the Americas, it is the most widely distributed wild bird.
