This is actually a Western Grebe, Clark's Grebe has an orange bill as seen in the link Stian used. But your image has a yellow bill. Plus the black extending below the eye is a sign of a Western cause the Clark's the white is above the eye. Yours shows below the eye. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Grebe
