The Queen butterfly and Monarch often frequent the same plants.
I am not shure about Monarchs. The flowers attract butterflies, and it is one of the food plants for Queen (Danaus gilippus) butterfly caterpillars. http://www.fireflyforest.com/flowers/181/asclepias-linaria-pineneedle-milkweed/
