White-throated Sparrow (White-striped form)

Zonotrichia albicollis

It is definitely a White-throated Sparrow. You can see the yellow lores and well defined white throat patch.
Looks like a white-throated sparrow but the picture i pretty dark so I cannot say absolutely.
