Field Notes

Description:

Spotted in the street of Porto,in the midle of the people, allways looking for a bit of something to eat:-)
@Emma,this is the one you think is a albino,i think she is femalle(not shoer) and she:) as only one leg,but she is allways the first to arrive and the most courageous, she eat from the hand of the child in the other spotting that i load one of this days and i se her in several distante places in this area,i amplify the photo1 and put it in 2,so you can se the eye.in the last photo you can se the marks in the back, the same of the other spotting,so it's the same bird.

Ok,it's a deal,i began allready my quest today, but any albino found:)
well, that would be great and sounds like a good plan :-)
:-)a good discussion is allways the better way to learn something new. From now one,'ill keep the informations you both gave me and when spotting pigeons in the city(one of my more common spotting bird:)i'll trie to se if i found a perfect albino to show the red eyes and no marks:-)
Anyhow a good series with many details to make us discuss that ;-)
that´s my opinion, too. The eyes aren´t decent red, but kind of redly brown.
I was first looking at this on my phone so the photo was very small and I did not see the spots at first. I guess this is leucistic being it's not fully white.
i dont know if it was a albino,Emma ask me that based in the colour of the eyes(red),so i tried to spott the pigeon again, and looking the photos in my other spotting i remark that the pigeon as the same colour spots in the back,it was like that that i knowed that was the same pigeon, them i trie to photographe the eys more closely so we can se better the colour.
Are you sure about the albino based on the coloured spots on the back? Never saw that on albinos.
