No Common Grackles in Nevada. This would be a Great-tailed Grackle (Quiscalus mexicanus), probably after a molt, with his tail not fully grown yet.

About above ID... hmmm, I wonder if it is rather a Brewer's Blackbird that far west. Are there common grackles in Nevada?
