Juvenile foliage; identification assisted by the fallen mature needles around it.
Hard to tell - it's definetely a Pinaceae...but this is way too vague. It looks pretty much like a juvenile Douglas-Fir. Have there been cones lying around? - that's basicly a good indicator for identifying conifers.
Looks like it a seedling of Pine. But I'm not sure at all!
