Description:

Never seen one completely yellow. No black in any part or any other color, just yellow. About 50 mm (2 inches)

Cindy and I posted at the same time! :-) Shistocerca is my best guess of genus based on what I see.

This looks like a nymph of a Bird Grasshopper (Schistocerca sp). You may want to start looking at your local resources for this genus.
