Description:

Photo take at night found on top of a garden table in large about 10 cm long.
I think it fall from a tree on the table.

This is not Proserpinus proserpina. Proserpinus proserpina is a European species and does not occur in the New World.
Thanks Livan i have check the Proserpinus and is just like, this one don´t have the eye dots along the sides of the body, so i don´t know if there is a variation of Proserpinus whit out the eye dots.
Thanks Clive well the only tree actually cover the table is a Gaumer's Aciacia, Acacia gaumeri so is the only explanation i have for the moment is that it fall from the tree.
Reminds me of a caterpillar for Sphinx moths in the genus Proserpinus or Sphecodina which have that single eye spot on the tail end.
