So there's a brushtail kind? haha That belies the Cherokee story about how vain possum lost the hair on his tail. Guess the Australian cousin wasn't so egotistical.
Because I have opossums all over the place at my house, and I thought that looked nothing like one!!! (=
Hi Collier Kids! This is an Australian possum, not to be confused with the North American opossum.
I've moved this to Mammals Leanne. Most likely a common brushtail possum. Did you see its tail?
