Habitat:

wooded areas, gardens, fences, hedges, parks.

Notes:

This particular color or shade is very common here in South Florida on the vines I see growing wild. I'm not sure of the exact species or may even be a hybrid. The one in pic is growing on a sidewalk fence.
Update 1/18/14: Thank you Ron for species ID. Seems to have several common names besides "Island", most others seem to be on the theme of Blue. I went with the simple Blue Morning Glory.

The sepals in the photo here : http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/9036084 are those of Ipomoea indica. The MG 'hybrid' thingee is mostly an over-blown myth...
