This Brazilian plant grown as ornamental plants in California yield myriad sweet-tart fruits..I love eating these berry-sized crimson fruits...Do try if find in your vicinity.

My PhD thesis was on dextran, a polysaccharide from lactic acid bacteria. But, I love nature. Recently moved to California from India. Loving to discover flora and fauna. Just out of interest, I wrote down a paper and got published.
