Do you have the scientific name for these? A species of Ziziphus, I wonder, similar to a tree that grows here in Egypt? I LOVE the jujubes that grow here. :-)
I have seen it on trees on residential properties in Orange County. I tasted it courtesy a friend in Irvine. I have not seen it being sold. But you must taste it..its super delicious
