No, this is a rosemary plant in my front yard. I planted it 6-7 years ago, but it seems to be very well protected from frost(under a large oak tree), and has grown into a monstrous 3 foot tall "bush". My daughter and I take clippings from it frequently for use in recipes.

I tend to agree with Beth - I know of a plant that looks very similar to Rosemary and can be easily mistaken for one and this looks like it. The leaves of the plant in this photo look longer and softer and the whole plant looks less "woody" that the rosemary herb. Perhaps there are different kinds of rosemary ???- some plant expert could assist. It would be good to have the height of the plant and more information about plant characteristics...Individual leaves of the rosemary herb plant are slightly spikey, dark on the upper side and pale underneath.
