small N American hummingbird, similar to anna's with squatter body, no visible neck and wings the length of tail. Given the color, could be hybrid
Habitat:
garden in the midst of farm and forestland
Notes:
Seeing many more than normal for this time of year. Have to believe the California weather is disrupting normal migration and breeding areas
