Description:

Tresnja je listopadno drvo,naraste do 15-32m visoko,a obim stabla iznosi do 1,5m.Kora drveta je glatka.Listovi su ovalni,dugi od 7-14cm,a 4-7cm sirok,mat zelene boje.Plod tresnje je crvena bobica,1-2cm u proseku.,u zavisnosti od vrste.

Habitat:

Tresnja je rasprostranjena u Turskoj i Grckoj.Danas je tresnja rasirena po celom svetu,u mnogobrojnim sortama i varijacijama.
