Description:

Small, rough galls. Most of the gall growth is on the underside of the leaves. These galls are created by an insect, a Plant-parasitic Hemipteran.

Habitat:

Wild grape plants growing amongst other vegetation bordering temperate forest. Gardiner County Park, New York

Notes:

Apparently these are pests of grape plants worldwide.
