Description:

Giant Clam fossil

Wiki - the largest living bivalve mollusc. T. gigas is one of the most endangered clam species.

Habitat:

Spotted 5M in Mel-let Cave (Nalsoc Cave System).
Newly discovered cave & named using the Ilocano word for Giant Clam.
Elevation = 127 MASL, 1.4 KM from South China Sea in Brgy. Colayo, Bani, Pangasinan
