It's definitely a Nerodia but, like I mentioned in my suggestion earlier, I can't get it to species with this single photo. It is not Regina.
The head looks more arrow shaped than rounded like the Glossy crayfish. Check out this link... http://herpjournal.com/2007/3_24_07/pages/3_24_07.html
Thanks annorion but we have a bunch of those over here and this is not one....I think it's a Glossy crayfish snake...(Regina rigida)
