Description:

Hemiscolopendra marginata is a large centipede that can reach 3". They are commonly found under logs and loose bark.

Habitat:

Long Hunter state park, Tennessee

Notes:

I found this beauty under a rock close to the lake.

Yes, I found it pretty interesting too! While I was looking for info I discovered there is a market for these little guys on the internet - apparently people keep them as pets!
