Thanks.. The BEAUTIFUL COCKROACH made me smile.. When I was 3 years old I collected cockroaches, spiders and worms.. my mother asked me "WHY do you collect this animals?" MY answer.. "THEY ARE BEUTIFUL!!"
Thanks ShannaB.. I think it is a See-through Ellipsidion.. Its wings were clear!
I think it's a cockroach - family Blattellidae, genera Ellipsidon (Beautiful Cockroaches). I'm not sure which one it is though. http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_cockroaches/Blattellidae.htm Here's one of mine from the same family: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/9016566
