I'm not surprised it's so green coming from that beautiful part of the country.

this may also be L. aurata, seen here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamprima_latreillii http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamprima_aurata What do you think? I'm not sure the difference (I'm questioning the ID of the female on the brisbaneinsects link - it doesn't took right to me because female L aurata is similar to the male.)
