We have seen "accidentals" species underground, mostly washed in by the rains or streams. I was told this is a juvenile that may have entered the cave as an egg or larve... or it could have just flown in through the skylight; a 40M drop is probably nothing for a dragonfly.
Amazing - I would never have thought that dragonflies would travel so far underground!
