Description:

Making it's way through peat moss growing on oak deadwood.
Ball shaped ends are sized about 1mm. Flesh colored.

yes, I think it is Phlebia radiata, too. Maybe it's piled up that way beacause of the moss it has to go through first - usually it grows on free space on bark, right?
that could be: phlebia radiata, it different sometimes in shape (patch or towers, both, or just wrinkled) but the colors could come together with from a matured one
