Street near desert

Notes:

Observed at 7:30 AM in the middle of the sidewalk presumably to sun itself. Was very sluggish and curled up into a ball when disturbed. Note red abdominal hairs and long pedipalps.

I had a pet Costa Rican Red Tarantula named Angus (from B. angustum) for a few years, so I'm always excited to see one in the wild.
