Description:

Been watching this shy, active insect hopping around the flower bed, sucking the juice of the flower bud, and i decide to shoot some pictures for ID.

Habitat:

Amount flower bed. especially this Ginger family.

I believe it's Telostylinus angusticollis but the only online documentation I've seen so far is in Australia
