Description:

If I've got it right, this would be a Lichen as well, but a different kind of Lichen?
I'd be happy for any help with identifying. Thank you!

Species ID Suggestions

Pleurota Lichen

Cladonia pleurota

Unless the pleurota looks and feel different during its ageing, I actually suspect that this one is something else. The feel is totally different from the pleurota. The pleurota feels like paper, this one feels "woodish". There's also a slight difference in colour. And I do think that the two would be more mixed if they were the same, unlike they are now - growing quite separatly with clearly visible borders?
I just have to go down there and have a closer look and take some more pics. That will be tomorrows call. Thank you for your help Lars, I really appreciate it.
The red dots develop somehow like the bloom for flowers/plants as far as I know. It also might be a Cladonia grayi complex. They are pretty similar.
Ok, so they are the same as the ones with red spots, only older then?
That's mine for comparison: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/9049102
Most likely a pleurota...not 100% sure.
