Your spotting matches Ideopsis vulgaris (Blue Glassy Tiger) (sample ssp macrina: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Nymphalidae_-_Ideopsis_vulgaris_macrina..JPG). The ssp endemic in the Philippines is ssp palawana, but I could not find an available image in the net. Regards.
