Description:

This Longhorn beetle (longhorn beetle family, or Ceramycidae) is approx 2,5 cm to 3 cm in body size, has a long antennae, black beetle with metallic-iridescent sheen .

Habitat:

Observed on alpine pastures in Jura Mountain range.

Notes:

I think this is one of the sub-species of the longhorn beetle---Gaurotes virginea , but I'm not certain.
