kinda reminds me of the time that a snake expert told me that a certain poisonous water snake was not found in Wichita County..but there was in Archer County..We took him out to the Local city lake and dropped on into his lap..I looked at him and said maybe they forgot to read the Signs..he asked what sign..I said the County limit sign and let him know that the other bank of the lake was Archer county and I wondered if maybe they just could not read. With all the trade maybe they are hitching rides around the Country. Thats how North Texas got Mediterranean Geckos
Cool john, didn't know about those records, maybe they were at the boarder spain portugal....
Several specimens have been documented in Portugal http://www.euroherp.com/species/Podarcis_vaucheri/ bottom 3 photos are identified as being photographed in Portugal
We don't have vaucheri in Portugal.... I would say P. hispanica since bocagei is only in the north of Potugal...
not sure but thats the best i can do without more information
