sorry lars the "berkeley" was only, so i got the right picture (otherwise you had to scroll down) they are called physarum poly.... without berkeley. sorry to confuse!!
( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&q=physarum%20polycephalum%20berkeley&psj=1&gs_upl=&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&biw=1161&bih=688&wrapid=tlif133027839233410&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=B3BKT8GJBsi40QWl8oWwDg ) were a bit to fast! :)
color doesnt matter. the orange firesignals you have come also in yellow/pink/brown. colors are not trustworthy, i have found many trichia the last time and i really hunt for the many headed, it isn't trichia. and at the 3 picture is the feedng-net to see, so many heads and the slimyness. i would id it as physarum !!!
will you mock me lars. phlebia radiata do you give out as slime mold, and the real slime mold will yoju try as phlebia.. First wanted to say trichia family (trichia / varia-or- favoginea) but take a look at many headed slime mold "Physarum polycephalum"( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physarum_polycephalum ), ---- wenn es der ist, ich will paar proben haben, aber das wird sicher nicht funktionieren!! warte einfach bis ich den her wieder gegen komm.
